The
system that utilizes ICT (Information Communication Technology) in each stage of earth moving operation,
such as survey, design, operation, supervision, examination and maintenance.
It enables the highly efficient and highly accurate earth moving operation by utilizing information provided in
each stage of operation.
Utilizing the information provided in the operation to the other operations enables better productivity and quality
in the whole operation.
MAIN USE OF MACHINE
This Komatsu machine is designed to be used mainly for the following work:
• Digging work
• Ditching work
• Loading work
• Leveling work
For the detail of operation procedure, see the Operation and Maintenance Manual of standard machine.
Machine with the intelligent Machine Control specification cannot be used for demolition or quarry work.
Also the intelligent Machine Control work with bucket inverted cannot be performed.
Semi-auto mode
You can change the mode from manual mode to semi-auto mode by using Auto/Manual switch located at top
right of control box.
In semi-auto mode, work equipment (boom, arm, bucket) cylinder is automatically controlled not to dig deeper
than the design data. Operator can perform the work without checking the design data constantly by using this
function effectively.
