10.2 Power Status LED's not Illuminated
Section 3.19 T200 User Visual Indications outlines the functionality of the power status LED's on the T200. The
following is list of problem sources and corrective actions when these LED's fail to illuminate, or in the case of the
REGEN-ACTIVE LED, is constantly illuminated.
10.2.1 Fault Type: Mains-Applied LED is not lighting (T200-X10 ONLY)

Single phase or three phase a.c. mains plant supply is available [Switch-on plant a.c.
mains power if safe to do so]
a.c. Mains Input Circuit Breaker conduction status. [Switch circuit breaker to
conduction if safe to do so]
Repeated Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker trips. The T200 can have earth leakage
currents up to 10mA per phase, if no isolation transformer is used. [Use an Earth
Leakage Circuit Breaker with a trip level of higher than 30mA. Alternatively install an
isolation transformer to remove nuisance earth leakage currents.]
§ IF PRESENT, check a.c. Mains Conducted Emissions Filter wiring and mis-
connections [Check single phase filter wiring against recommended wiring practise]
§ Optional a.c. mains contactor is closed (user option to supply this) [Check user control
circuits and interlocks which may prevent the mains contactor from closing. Check
interlock systems which use the T200s' System Ready Relay fault status indication
output]
§ Transformer termination mis-wired or not connected [Check the wiring of the user-
supplied transformer]
a.c. Mains Voltage

Magnitude of a.c. Mains voltage Line to Line at TB2. a.c. voltage should be in range 100V
r.m.s. to 255Vr.m.s. [a.c. Voltage may be too small to drive the T200 internal power
electronics circuitry, without tripping fast bus discharge circuitry. Ensure that the a.c.
mains voltage magnitude is within the range listed above].
