Logging into the Machine

When the login screen is displayed, registered authorized users are required to log in to continue operating the
machine. The items displayed on the login screen vary depending on the user management settings. Log in based on
the items that are displayed.
● If <Auto Reset Time> is set, the user is automatically logged out when no operations are performed for a
specied period. <Auto Reset Time>(P. 738)
● You can also congure the machine so that users with mobile devices can log in simply by approaching it.

When the Icon List Is Displayed
Press your icon. If a PIN code has been set, enter your PIN code and press
<OK> <Log In>.
● You can change the display order or narrow down the icons that appear in the drop-down list at the top-right of the
screen.
● When you nish using the machine, press <Log Out> or to log out.
● If the added user is not displayed on the screen, press
on the top-right of the screen.
When the User Name and Password Input Screen Is Displayed
Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the user name and password.
