You can recall the previously used copy settings. The details of the recalled setting
can be changed before copying.

Press <Copy> on the Main Menu. <Main Menu> Screen(P. 94)

Press <Previous Settings> on the Copy Basic Features screen. Copy Basic Features
Screen(P. 208)

Select the setting to recall and press <OK>.
● When personal authentication management is in use, the machine recalls the settings specied in the past by
the user who is logging in to the machine.

● The Merge Job Blocks setting ( Combining Jobs with Different Settings Into a Single Job (Merge Job
Blocks)(P. 282) ) cannot be recalled.
