13.5.1 Regular inspection
The servo drive does not need to be inspected daily, but the items listed in table 13.5.1.1 must be
inspected every half year or annually.

13.5.2 Replacement standard
The electronic parts inside the servo drive are subject to mechanical wear or deterioration. Table 13.5.2.1
provides the replacement standards for the electronic parts.

When replacement standard is met, contact HIWIN or our distributors to check if replacement is required.
