Fax Overview
Faxing is an optional feature of your multi-function printer. It can be configured in a variety of different ways to
offer you the most convenient method for faxing an original document.
EEmmbbeeddddeedd FFaaxx: A document is scanned at the multi-function printer and sent directly to a fax machine.
IInntteerrnneett FFaaxx: A document is scanned at the multi-function printer and emailed to a recipient.
FFaaxxiinngg ffrroomm yyoouurr CCoommppuutteerr: Using the settings in the print driver, the current print job is sent as a fax.
Note: Fax capability must be enabled by the System Administrator before use. For details, refer to the
System Administrator Guide.
