8. Select an option:
• To delete the selected job, touch DDeelleettee. To confirm the deletion, touch DDeelleettee.
• To print the selected job, using the numeric keypad, type the number of sets to print, then touch PPrriinntt.
Sample Set
This feature allows you to print one set for review before you print the entire job set. After printing the sample set,
you can choose to print the entire job or to delete the job without printing.
1. At the control panel, press the JJoobb SSttaattuuss button.
2. Touch the SSeeccuurree PPrriinntt JJoobbss && MMoorree tab.
3. Touch SSaammppllee SSeett.
4. From the list, select a user.
• To update the information shown, touch RReeffrreesshh.
• To navigate the list, use the up or down arrows.
• To display a specific user ID at the top of the list, touch GGoo ttoo. Use the numeric keypad and type the user
ID.
5. Touch JJoobb LLiisstt.
6. Select the job to print.
• You can select up to 100 jobs. Jobs are printed in the order in which they are selected.
• To select all jobs for the selected user ID, touch SSeelleecctt AAllll. To clear all the selected jobs, touch SSeelleecctt AAllll
again.
• To view the first page of the selected job, touch PPrreevviieeww. If multiple jobs are selected, the Preview feature is
not available.
7. Select an option:
• To delete the selected job, touch DDeelleettee. to confirm the deletion, touch DDeelleettee.
• To print the selected job, type the number of sets to print. Touch PPrriinntt.
The sample set prints. After the remaining sets for the job print, the job is deleted.
Delayed Print
This feature allows you to print a job at a specified time, then delete the job.
1. At the control panel, press the JJoobb SSttaattuuss button.
2. Touch the SSeeccuurree PPrriinntt JJoobbss && MMoorree tab.
3. Touch DDeellaayyeedd PPrriinntt.
