Setting the Printing Options
You can set the printing options on the Media Print - Text tab.
MEDIA PRINT - TEXT PRINTING OPTIONS

Quantity At the control panel, use the numeric keypad and enter
the print quantity from 1–999.
Media Print - Text Paper Supply Auto Paper Select, Trays 1–5
Select Auto or a tray that holds any of the following
paper sizes:
• A3: 297 x 420 mm (11 x 17 in.)
• B4: 250 x 353 mm (9.8 x 13.9 in.)
• A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.5 x 11 in.)
• A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.5 x 11 in.) Short Edge Feed
(SEF)
• B5: 176 x 250 mm (7 x 10 in.)
• B5: 176 x 250 mm (7 x 10 in.) SEF
• A5: 148 x 210 mm (5.8 x 8.3 in.)
• A5: 148 x 210 mm (5.8 x 8.3 in.) SEF
When you select Auto, a paper tray that matches the size
of the document is selected automatically, and the
document is printed at the original document size.
When the tray that you want to use does not appear
onscreen, touch PPaappeerr SSuuppppllyy >> MMoorree. You are offered a
list of trays available on the printer. The trays are pre-
loaded with a specific paper size and with a specific
paper type. From the list that appears onscreen, select
the required tray for your print job.
Paper Size: From the list, select the required paper size.
Paper Type: From the list, select the required paper type.
