Using the Copy Option
The Copy tab contains the following options:
• Reduce/Enlarge
• Paper Supply
• 2-Sided Copying
• Copy Output
• Image Shift
• Original Type
• Darken/Lighten
Note: The features that appear on the main Copy screen vary, depending on how the administrator
configured the Copy screen.
REDUCE/ENLARGE
You can set the reduce or enlarge copy features in the Reduce/Enlarge area, on the Copy screen.
1. On the Services Home screen, touch CCooppyy.
2. From the RReedduuccee//EEnnllaarrggee tab, touch the applicable reduce or enlarge ratio.
Note: To set the Reduce/Enlarge ratio, touch the Plus (++) or Minus (––) icons. The ratio is shown in the text
box.
PAPER SUPPLY
You can select a paper tray that does not appear in the Paper Supply area of the Copy screen.
1. On the Services Home screen, touch CCooppyy.
2. For the Paper Supply feature, select the required paper.
3. From the Paper Supply area, touch MMoorree.
4. From the list, select the tray that contains the applicable paper size and paper type.
5. To save your changes, touch SSaavvee.
2-SIDED COPYING
You can copy one or both sides of 1-sided and 2-sided documents.
1. From the Copy screen, in the 2 Sided Copying area, select the copy options for your job.
2. If you want Side 2 rotated head-to-foot, select the check box for RRoottaattee SSiiddee 22.
COPY OUTPUT
To define the copy output, on the Copy screen, use the Copy Output tab.
