Supported File Formats
You can use the following file formats:
• PDF: PDF 1.3 or later
Extension: .pdf
• TIFF: Grayscale 4bit or 8bit uncompressed, 8bit or 24bit JPEG compressed, and MH/MMR compressed
Extension: .tiff
• XPS files
Extension: .xps
– If the medium contains more than 900 files, the printer recognizes the first 900 files, which includes all files
inside and outside of folders.
– PDF files that are saved on a Mac OS
®
do not appear onscreen, and you cannot print the files.
– If a filename contains characters that are not supported by the printer, the filename does not appear
onscreen.
– Filenames can be 1–240 characters.
