2. Booklet 2 is printed on A4, 210 x 297 mm (8.5 x 11 in.) paper: After trimming the front cover, the image is
truncated.
Booklet Considerations
Before you print any booklet, consider the following:
• The image location on the original document is not centered. To ensure that the image fits on the finished
booklet, do you need to shift the image?
• What is the needed size of the finished booklet?
• Does the booklet contain full-page images?
• Are you using pre-printed covers with full-page images?
• Are you trimming the booklet?
Considerations for Obtaining the Required Booklet Output
To ensure that you get your required output, follow these tips:
• Always run one or more test prints of your job before running a larger output quantity.
• Review your test prints for truncated images or text.
• If any images or texts need shifting, use the various selections from your print driver application. Refer to your
print driver Help information.
Note: It takes one or more test prints before you achieve your required output.
