Cause The printer mode is set to Offline.
Action At the printer control panel, press the MMaacchhiinnee SSttaattuuss
button. On the Machine Status screen, confirm the
printer mode. If the printer mode is Offline, on the
Printer Mode screen, select OOnnlliinnee.
