This tab appears only when Email is the selected scan feature. Options on this tab include:
• File Name
• File Format
• Reply To
• Read Receipts
MAIN SCAN TAB
The name of this tab coincides with the scanning method that you selected on the Services Home screen.
1. On the Services Home screen, select a scan method.
The scan screen appears with the main tab selected.
2. Select the following options, as needed:
• CCoolloorr SSccaannnniinngg
• 22 SSiiddeedd SSccaannnniinngg
• OOrriiggiinnaall TTyyppee
• SSccaann PPrreesseettss
Preview Scanned Images of a Job
To set a scan job to allow a preview of the scanned images:
1. Start a scan job. For details, refer to Starting a Scan Job.
2. On the main tab for the selected scan method, select the check box for PPrreevviieeww.
3. Adjust other scan settings as needed, then scan the document as required.
4. After the document scans, touch PPrreevviieeww.
5. To specify display and rotation options, select the appropriate icons.
Note: Rotation options are not available for all scan methods.
6. To close the preview screen, touch CClloossee.
