1. Open the front cover of the HCF.
2. To remove jammed paper, do the following:
a. Lift lever 11dd.
b. Remove the jammed paper.
Note: If paper is torn, check inside the printer, then remove the torn paper.
3. If the paper cannot be removed in step 2, do the following steps:
a. Rotate knob 11cc clockwise.
b. Remove the jammed paper.
