7.4.2.8 Fault
If a grave error occurs, i.e. the drive is not able
to operate the motor in a controlled manner
anymore, the drive is switched off immediately
and this device state becomes active.
Pulse inhibit is set, i.e. the pulses of the
servo inverter are inhibited.
The motor is torqueless.
The motor brake, if available, is closed.
The operation is inhibited.
The servo inverter can be parameterised.
Bit pattern for the "Fault" device status in the Statusword (0x6041 or 0x6841 for axis B):
