Paper Jam
When paper jam occurs as printing is in progress for a Print Service Job (when Jam Recovery is set to
“OFF”).
Applicable Fault Code
• 024-702: Job Canceled due to Paper Jam
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure

Print Request Failure - Paper
The paper type specified by the job is incompatible with options such as Paper Tray, Output Tray, or
Automatic 2 Sided Print.
Applicable Fault Code
• 024-746: There are parameters that are incompatible with the specified paper type.

• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
