Print-Quality Troubleshooting
IQ-2 Image Shift in Process Direction
The image is shifted in the process direction.
Cause
• The LPH EEPROM data is corrupt.
Initial Actions
• Check the paper transfer path.
• Verify the paper used is supported by the printer.
