ThePlot&Logmenuselectionallowstheuser,withthePlotprogram,toplotreal-timevariablesontheCDTdisplay
screen;or,withtheLogprogram,tocreatealogleofvariablevaluestoviewlaterinaspreadsheetprogramonaPC.
TherststepistoaddthedesireditemstothePlotVariableListortheLogVariableList.WhileintheMonitormenuor
Parametersmenu,highlightanitemandpressthe“Addto”softkey.Inthenextscreen,highlightPlotorLogandpress
the“Select”softkeytoviewthelist.T oaddtheitemtothelist,pressthe“Add”softkeyfollowedbythe“Finish”softkey;
youcanincludeuptoveitems.T oremoveanitemfromaVariableList,selectitandpressthe“Delete”softkey.
PLOT
InthePlotVariableslist,acoloredcirclebesideeachvariableshowsthecolorthatwillbeusedtorepresentthatvariable
intheplot.Thecolorsareinaxedorder.Ifyouwanttousespeciccolorsforspecicvariables,usethe“MoveDown”
and“MoveUp”softkeystoachievethedesiredcombinations.Usetheleft-arrowkeytoreturntothePlot&Logmenu.
Toopentheplottingprogram,highlightPlotandpresstheright-arrowkey.Theverticalaxisisalwaysusedforthe
variablesbeingplotted,andthehorizontalaxisisalwaysusedfortime.ForOn/Offitems,On=1andOff=0onthe
plot.Pressthe“Start”softkeytobeginplottingdata.Pressthe“Stop”softkeytostopplottingdataandfreezetheplot.
Youhavetheoptionofpressingthe“Start”softkeytoresumetheplot.
LOG
TocreatealogoftheitemsinyourLogVariableList,highlightLogandpresstheright-arrowkey.Then,inthe“Start
Logging”window,pressthe“OK”softkey.Selectthelocationwhereyouwanttosavethe.xlsle,andafterpressing
the“SaveAs”softkeyandnamingthe.xlsle,pressthe“OK”softkey.ThedisplaywillnowshowthePlot&Logmenu
withaashingreddotnexttoLog,indicatingthatloggingisinprogress.T ostoplogging,presstheright-arrowkey,and
theninthe“StopLogging”screen,pressthe“OK”softkey.
