frontandrearbodies.Useonlycommerciallyavailable

automotivecleanerswithaspongeorsoftclothfornormalcleaning.Agardenhoseatnormalresidentialwater

pressureisadequate.

ClubCardoesnotrecommendanytypeofpressurewashingorsteamcleaning.Suchaprocess(especiallyifthe

vehiclehasaSurlyn

rearbodythatisremoved)willexposeelectricalcomponentstomoisture.Moistureentering

electricalcomponentscanresultinwaterdamageandsubsequentcomponentfailure.

Usenon-abrasivewaxproducts.Donotuseabrasivelevelingorrubbingcompounds;thesewillpermanentlydullthe

gloss.Batteryacid,fertilizers,tars,asphalt,creosote,paint,orchewinggumshouldberemovedimmediatelytoprevent

possiblestains.SeefollowingCAUTIONandNOTE.

•Useoflevelingorrubbingcompoundswillpermanentlydullnishofvehicle.

•Donotapplywaxproductstotheblackplasticmaterialofthefrontandrearunderbody,thefront

bumper,orthetexturedareaoftherearbeautypanelmarked“NOSTEP .”Waxwillcausethese

surfacestobecomediscolored.

NOTE:Disposeofwastewaterproperly.

Topreserveseatappearance,cleanregularlywithmildsoapordetergentappliedwithaspongeorsoftcloth.Usea

softbristlebrushtocleanareasthatareespeciallysoiled.Usethefollowingguidelines:

LightSoiling:Asolutionof10%liquiddishsoapandwarmwaterappliedwithasoft,dampclothisrecommended.

Asoftbristlebrushmaybeusedifnecessary.Wipeoffanyresiduewithawaterdampenedcloth.

DifcultStains:Dampenasoft,whiteclothwithasolutionof10%householdbleach(sodiumhypochlorite)and

90%water.Rubgentlytoremovestain,thenrinsewithawaterdampenedclothtoremovebleachconcentration.
