FRONTBODYREMOVAL
1.Removethefourscrews(2)andpullthebrowcap(1)fromthebrowandfasciaassembly(4)(Figure4-1,
Page4-4).
2.Pullthefrontbeautypanel(3)upandawayfromthebrowandfasciaassembly(4),disengagingthesnaptabs.
3.Ifthevehicleisequippedwithacanopy,loosenthecanopysupportcoverthenloosen,butdonotremove,the
frontcanopysupportbolts.Ifthereisnocanopy,removethenon-canopycover.
4.Removetheîš¿vescrews(8)andliftthebrowandfasciaassembly(4)fromthefrontunderbody.
5.Removetheîš¿vescrews(7)toseparatethefrontfascia(6)fromthebrow(5).
FRONTBODYINSTALLATION
1.Installfascia(6)tobrow(5)withvescrews(7).Tightenscrewsto40in·lb(4.5N·m)(Figure4-1,Page4-4).
2.Installbrowandfasciaassembly(4)tofrontunderbodywithvescrews(8).Tightenscrewsto31in·lb(3.5N·m).
3.Installfrontbeautypanel(3)overbrow(5).Tabsontheforwardedgeofthefrontbeautypanelshouldîš¿tinto
slotsbetweenthefasciaandthebrow.
4.Positionbrowcap(1)tocovertheedgeofboththebrow(5)andthefrontbeautypanel(3).Securebrowcap(1)
withfourscrews(2).Tightenscrewsto25in·lb(2.8N·m).
