CAUTION
•Topreventdegradationofbatteryperformanceandlife,nevermixbatteriesofdifferentpartnumbers
orbrands/modelnumbers.Anytimeadifferentmodelofbatteryisused,thechargingalgorithmmust
bechangedtomatchit.ForvehicleswithPowerDrivecharger,thevehicles'onboardcomputermust
bechangedtoonethatisspecictothebatteryinstalled.Forvehicleswithhigh-frequencycharger
(e.g.ERICorQuiQ),thechargermustbereprogrammedwiththeappropriatealgorithmspecicto
thebatteryinstalled.
RegroupingisnowClubCar’sstandardbatteryreplacementmethod.Regroupingisthepracticeofplacingbatteriesof
similarconditiontogetherinonevehicle.Forexample,iftherewasanissuewiththebatteriesintwocarsandthe
batterytestindicatedthreefailedbatteriesineachcar,afterremovingthefailedbatteries,therewillbesixgood
batteriesremaining.InstallthesixremaininggoodbatteriestogetherinonecarandinstallNEWbatteriesintheother
car.Werecommendregroupingbatteriesinasmanycarsaspossibleatagivenopportunitytominimizemixingold
andnewbatteriestogetherinonebatterypack.AtrainingvideoforregroupingisavailabletoviewinthePartner
