4.Removetheairlter(3)anddisposeofproperly.
5.Usingacleancloth,wipeawayanydustordirtfrominsidetheaircleaner.Removealldirtbuild-uparoundthe
insidelipoftheaircleanerhousingorthecoverwillnotsealproperly.
6.Installnewairlter,insertingtheopenendintotheaircleanerhousingrst.
7.Checkthattheairintakegasket(4)isinplaceinthecover(2)andorientedcorrectlywiththecoatedsideofthe
gasketfacingtowardtheaircleanerhousing.
8.Placethecover(2)overtheaircleanerhousing.Pressrmlytoengagethesealsandrotatethecover
clockwiseuntiltheyellowtabisatthe11o’clockposition.
9.Pressintheyellowtab(1)tolockthecoverontheaircleaner.SeefollowingCAUTION.
CAUTION
•Enginedamagewilloccuriftheairltercoverisnotproperlysecured.
•Ifaircleanerisextremelydirty,cleanthoroughly.
•UseonlyClubCarreplacementairltersorequivalent.Theuseofotherairlterscouldresultinengine
damage.Iftheairlteristoosmall,thecoverwillseatbeforetheltercanseal,leavingspacefordirt
topassintotheengineonallsidesoftheelement.Thiswilldamagetheengineandvoidthewarranty.
