WEIGHT ROLLER
Check each roller for abnormal wear.
Measure the weight roller O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 19.5 mm (0.77 in)
DRIVE FACE BOSS
Check the drive face boss for wear or damage.
Measure the drive face boss O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 23.93 mm (0.942 in)
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE
Check the movable drive face for scratches, scoring or
damage.
Measure the drive face bushing I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 24.08 mm (0.948 in)
INSTALLATION
Clean any oil and grease from the drive face and drive
belt.
Install the movable drive face assembly [1] onto the
crankshaft while holding the ramp plate [2] and drive
face boss [3].
