Honda PCX150 2016 User Manual

Remove the screw [1] and brake light switch [2].
Remove the piston boot [1] from the front brake master
cylinder and master piston.
Remove the snap ring
[2] using the special tool.
TOOL:
[3] Snap ring pliers

Remove the master piston [1] and spring [2].
Clean the master cylinder, reservoir and master piston.
INSPECTION
Check the piston cups for wear, deterioration or
damage.
Check the master cylinder inner surface and piston
outer surface for scratches or damage.
Measure the master cylinder I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.755 mm (0.5022 in)
Measure the master piston O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.645 mm (0.4978 in)
