To Configure Adaptive Transmit Power Control:
1. Select Network Setup > Radio tab >
[Edit] > Advanced Settings.
2. Select the Adaptive Tx Power Control Enabled button to enable ATPC.
3. Depending on the scope of the neighboring APs you want to include in the
ATPC calculations, do one of the following:
a. To adapt transmit power to all neighboring APs (on the same
channel), click the Avoid Neighbor APs Enabled button.
b. To adapt transmit power to a group of specific neighboring APs, enter
the RF Group Name that identifies the group.
c. To adapt transmit power to neighboring APs according to their
respective SSID lists, click the Avoid Neighbor APs Disabled button
and leave the RF Group Name field blank.
4. Select the Adaptive Mode you want, by clicking either the AP button or
the AP + Clients button.
5. To establish the range of Transmit Power Control adjustments, enter a
value from 0 to 18dB for TX Power Control Reduction.
6. Select
[Update] to save the ATPC settings.
