6 FRONT AXLE
Drag Link
1. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the slotted nut.
2. Disconnect the drag link
(1)
with a pitman arm puller from the
knuckle arm (2).
(When reassembling)
• IMPORTANT
• Do not loosen the slotted nut to align the hole.
• Install the cotter pin as shown
in
the figure

Front Axle Assembly
1. Lift up the front side of tractor and place the disassembling stand
under the front axle frame.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Place the disassembling stand under the front axle.
4. Remove the front axle brackets (Front and Rear) mounting
screws.
5. Separate the front axle from the front axle frame.
(When reassembling)
• After mounting the front axle assembly to the front axle frame, be
sure to adjust the front axle rocking force. (See page 6-S6)
