Separating Engine from Clutch Housing
1. Support the engine for separating from the clutch housing.
2. Remove the engine mounting screws and nut (1), and separate
the engine from the clutch housing.
• When you replace the engine with a new one, please record
the serial number of new engine and the parts number and
serial number of "DPF Full Assembly" which is incorporate
with its new engine.
(When reassembling)
• Apply molybdenum disulphide (Three Bond 1901 or equivalent)
to the splines of damper disk boss.
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1211 or equivalent) to joint face
of the engine and clutch housing.

(7) Separating Engine From Front Axle Frame
Separating Engine from Front Axle Frame
1. Disconnect the all connectors from the engine (if equipped).
2. Lift the engine using the hoist and chain.
3. Remove the engine mounting screws (1), and separate the
engine from the front axle frame.
(When reassembling)
