Check selection of concentrate.
Appears:
When the dialysis fluid composition deviation (the relation
between the acidic and the bicarbonate concentrate) is too
high.
Machine actions:
The dialysis fluid bypasses the dialyzer.
Operator action:
Check what concentrate is set and what is connected.
Make sure they are the same. See Section 4.2.3 “Set up
the dialysis machine” on pageA:77 in Operators
handbook.
Mute time:
2 minutes.
