7.7 Clutching with basic speed
There are two possibilies to take the basic velocity oset into consideraon:
1.
Via the Basic clut

Via the External basic velocity control word. 40x5040:016
The
oset value is selected via control bit 24 of the control word 00.

Aer the controller enable, the drive returns immediately to the selected basic velocity via S-

ounding. Based on this status, the velocity of the slave axis can be synchronised to the master
velocity of the master axis via the clutching funcon. Velocity synchronizaon ^ 117
If a basic velocity is acve, no jogging is possible.
