alarm message to the IO Controller.
Bit x = 1 ≡ suppress alarm message.
In the default seng "0", an alarm message is displayed for all error
responses.

16.3.3 Process data transfer
The process data is used to control the inverter.
The pr
ocess data is transmied cyclically between the IO-Controller and the IO-Devices
parcipang in PROFINET.
The pr
ocess data can be directly accessed by the IO controller. The data in the PLC, for
instance, are directly stored in the I/O area.
The process data length is 1 ... 16 double words (4 ... 64 bytes) for each direcon.
The pr
ocess data are transmied 1 : 1 according to its sequence.
