13.11.3 Manual "current/frequency" test mode
Precondions for the performance
•
The mot
or must rotate freely.
•
The inverter is error-free and in "Switched on" device state.
Funconal
descripon
In this test mode, three phase currents are injected into the connected motor aer the inver-
ter is enabled.
•
Adaptaon of the phase currents:

rent.

Motor current phase V INTEGER_32
Motor current phase W INTEGER_32
Advantages compared to the manual "voltage/frequency" test mode
•
The curr
ent cannot be set freely but is adjusted to a dened value.
•
If a s
ynchronous motor is connected, it is possible to predict the torque.
Response of the motor during performance
•
The mot
or moves as a funcon of the set output frequency.
Aer the inverter has been enabled, the synchronous motor makes a jerky com-
pensang movement if its pole posion does not correspond to the starng
angle.
How to acvate the manual "current/frequency" test mode:
1.
Disable in
verter 4Enable operaon. ^ 296
2.
Chang
e to the "current/frequency" test mode. 40x2825 =2
3.
Enable the inverter to start the test mode.
4.
To stop the test mode again:
•
Disable inverter.
•
Change back to the CiA402 operang mode. 40x2825 = 0
