Description
This command shows various settings of the spanning tree configuration specific to a Common
Internal Spanning Tree (CIST) instance or a selected instance of the Multiple Spanning Tree
Protocol.
Requirement
You are in the User EXEC mode or in the Privileged EXEC mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli> or cli#
Syntax
Call up the command with one of the following parameter assignments:
show spanning-tree mst[<instance-id(1-64|4094)>][detail]
The parameters have the following meaning:
Parameter Description Range of values / note
instance-id Number of the instance or range of in‐
stances whose settings are displayed

● 4094
detail Shows detailed information about the
selected interface
