6.7.3.1 Errors
The Bolt result variables Errors and RM Errors can hold the errors listed below.
When reported in binary format the respective error variable occupies 16 bytes (128 bits) where each bit
represent an error. The bits are numbered 0 to 127 and are laid out as below:
Note! If Type is set to "I8" then only first 8 bytes are included, that is errors 0 to 63.
Possible errors:
Angle count test failed during a diagnostic step
Spindle functional test failed during a diagnostic step
Static zero offset failed during a diagnostic step
Dynamic zero offset failed during a diagnostic step
Flying zero offset failed during a diagnostic step
Fail safe Torque restriction exceeded
Fail safe Angle restriction exceeded
Fail safe Time restriction exceeded
Torque – Current restriction exceeded
Cross thread restriction exceeded
Cross gradient restriction exceeded
Torque in window 1 too high from check
Torque in window 2 too high from check
