Saving Backup on Computer
Follow the steps below to save backed-up mailboxes (or documents) onto your
personal computer’s hard disk or on a backup device that is connected to your
computer.
We recommend you to save backed-up mailboxes (or documents) as necessary.
1 Select a mailbox to be saved, and
from the menu displayed by right-
clicking, select [Export Backup
Files].
Note • If you select [Backup File List]
and then [Export Backup
Files], you can save the entire
files on the list.
2 As necessary, set a place to save the mailbox and its file name, and click [Save].
3 After the processing is complete,
click [OK].
Reading Backup on Computer
Follow the steps below to read the backed-up mailboxes (or documents) onto [Backup
File List].
1 Select [Backup File List], and from
the menu displayed by right-
clicking, select [Import Backup
Files].
