1.3 Assembly overview - door hinges
Note
♦ The right side is shown. The left side is similar.
♦ The hinge bolts must always be renewed if loosened.
♦ The parts of the lower hinge can be bolted on with a bolt -8- or a nut -9-.
♦ The specified torque for the hinge bolts to the door (bolts -2, 4 and 12-) has been revised.
♦ If a new hinge is installed, it must be greased. Work specifications can be found in the “Maintenance manual”

2 - Multi-point socket head bolt
❑ Specified torque: 50 Nm
❑ Always renew bolts after
loosening.
3 - Door hinge
❑ Upper part is bolted to
lower part of hinge with
bolt -8- or nut -9-.
❑ The hinge is split.
4 - Multi-point socket head bolt
❑ Specified torque: 50 Nm
❑ Always renew bolts after
loosening.
5 - Multi-point socket head bolt
❑ Specified torque: 20 Nm
