– Pull wind deflector -2- on both sides towards middle of vehicle
-arrow- out of support -3-.
– Remove wind deflector with vertical stop -1- under roof to‐
wards rear.
2.11 Removing solar panel trim
– Remove sliding/tilting sunroof ⇒ page 199 .
– Unscrew bolts -2-.
– Remove guide -3- for the water channel and retaining bracket
-4-.
– Push trim -1- back slightly and remove slider -5- from the
guide.
– Lift trim -1- out upwards.

Motor change - preselection switch recognition:
Note

To interrupt the authorization signal and therefore to activate
the switch recognition, the requirements described below must
be fulfilled.
♦
If this is not the case, it can lead to, that the drive does not
correctly recognise the preselection switch and does not run
to the selected positions. This can be seen if the solar panel
stops approx. 10 cm before the fully closed position when the
switch is in the closed position.
