2.5 Removing and installing trim
Note
The removal and installation sequence is only for the left trim
plate. The removal and installation of the right trim plate is similar.
2.5.1 Removing
Note
If the locking hook -5- on the turn signal breaks off, a new turn signal with housing must be installed.
– Remove mirror glass ⇒ page 385 .
– Unscrew bolts -2-
– Carefully press lower trim -1- and mirror base carrier -4- apart
