– After coding, allow the window regulator to run upwards once
onto stop in automatic mode and pull switch again for 2 sec‐
onds. This programs the upper stop for the window regulator
motor.
– Then perform remaining installation in reverse order of remov‐
al.
4.5 Removing and installing window chan‐
nel
4.5.1 Removing window channel
On window channels with trim strip
– Push window channel -1- in upper front and rear areas slightly
to side.
– Unclip both clips -3-.
All window channels
– Fold up window channel seal -1- from inside off window frame.
– Release seal clips -4- from door.
– Pull window channel evenly off door flange in upper area
-arrows a-.
– Pull window channel upwards -arrows- at an angle out of door.
4.5.2 Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
• Carry out functional test function before installing door trim.
Note
Ensure window channel is seated evenly when installing (wind
noises).
