Details
This command defines a comma-delimited list of up to 100 source values for a source pulse list. This
list is used by the :SOURce[1]:PULSe:SWEep:<function>:LIST command to define the source
values for the pulse sweep.
When you start the pulse sweep, the instrument sequentially sources each current or voltage value in
the list. A measurement is made at each source level.
If there is an existing list, it is replaced by the new list.
When you send this command, the instrument creates a source configuration list named
CurrPulseCustomSweepList if the function is set to current or VoltPulseCustomSweepList if
the function is set to voltage.
To add source values to an existing list, use the :SOURce[1]:PULSe:LIST:<function>:APPend
command.
Example
SENS:FUNC "CURR"
SENS:CURR:RANG:AUTO ON
SENS:CURR:RSEN OFF
SOUR:FUNC VOLT
SOUR:VOLT:RANG 20
SOUR:PULS:VOLT:ILIM 1
SOUR:PULS:LIST:VOLT 1, 5, 1, 5, 1, 5
SOUR:PULS:SWE:VOLT:LIST 200e-3, ON, "defbuffer1", 1, 3, 0, 200e-3, ON
This example will pulse 1 V, 5 V, 1 V, 5 V, 1 V, 5 V and measure the resulting current at each voltage point.
The time duration of each voltage point is 200 ms.
