:SOURce[1]:PULSe:LIST:<function>:POINts?
This command returns the number of configuration indexes in the source pulse list for the selected source
function.

:SOURce[1]:PULSe:LIST:VOLTage:POINts?
Details
This command returns the length of the CurrPulseCustomSweepList if the function is current or
VoltPulseCustomSweepList if the function is voltage. The response message indicates the
number of source values in the list.

This example will source 1 V, 5 V, 1 V, 5 V, 1 V, 5 V and measure the resulting current at each voltage point.
The time duration of each voltage point is 200 ms.
Check the number of points in the list.
