018-564 Host Name Solution Error in HTTP RAP
018-564 Failed to resolve host name in HTTP.
Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check whether the scanned document destination HTTP server has been registered in
the DNS.
2. Check whether it is connected to the DNS server.
3. Check whether the DNS server address is set.
018-565 Proxy Name Solution Error in HTTP RAP
018-565 Failed to resolve proxy name error in HTTP.
Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Check whether the proxy server name that is set in the machine has been registered in
the DNS.
2. Check whether it is connected to the DNS server.
3. Check whether the DNS server address is set.
