Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1. Manually delete the lock directory (*.LCK) from the transfer destination.
2. Check whether a folder with the same name as the specified name already exists.

Procedure
Advise the customer to check if a file or folder with the same name as the specified name
exists on the SMB server.
