9. Remove the sub paddle solenoid, Figure 4:
a. Remove two screws (1).
b. Remove the sub paddle solenoid (2).

Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Install the sub paddle assembly as shown in Figure 5.

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the integrated office finisher, REP 12.1.
3. Remove the front inner cover, PL 12.05 Item 6.
4. Remove the stapler assembly, Figure 1:
a. Remove the clamps (1).
b. Disconnect the connectors (2).
c. Remove two screws (3).
d. Remove the stapler assembly (4).
