027-753 Job is executed by instruction when the service is disabled.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to enable the service.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
027-754 Job Flow Service File Signature Mismatch RAP
027-754 File signature settings mismatch in instruction.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to check the system data setting of the XDW/PDF signature and the
signature setting that is specified in the instruction. If the system data setting is different
from the setting in the instruction, either change the instruction or change the system
data.
2. If the fault persists, reload the software, GP 4.
