Status Indicator RAPs
124-347 Billing CountType Restoration Fail RAP
124-347 Billing count type fail (one mismatches the others but cannot be automatically
repaired.)
Procedure
WARNING
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do
not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause
death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10. The fault persists.
YN
Perform SCP 5 Final Actions.
Enter dC131. Compare NVM values 720-052 and 720-063. Both values are different.
YN
Install a new drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 3.
Install a new ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6.
