Launch Issue
9. Remove the gear pulley, Figure 4:
a. Loosen the screw (1).
b. Remove the tension spring (2).
c. Remove the gear pulley (3).

10. Remove the DADF drive belt (1), Figure 5.

Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Ensure the belt is fully tensioned before tightening the screw, refer to Figure 4.

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the DADF front cover, REP 5.3.
2. Remove the DADF rear cover, REP 5.4.
3. Remove the document tray harness, Figure 1:
a. Disconnect the connector (1).
b. Remove the harness from the harness guide (2).
