027-746 Job Template Pool Server Not Ready RAP
027-746 The port of the protocol specified in job template pool server settings has not started.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to start the port of the protocol (FTP client or SMB) specified in job
template pool server settings.
2. Reload the software, GP 4.
3. If the fault persists, perform the 016A Scan to Network Error Entry RAP.
027-750 Fax Document Inhibited RAP
027-750 Transfer instruction when internet fax transfer is prohibited, or scan and printer docu-
ment print instruction during interruption.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Advise the customer to change the transfer settings to receive internet fax.
2. Reload the software, GP 4.
3. If the fault persists, perform the 016A Scan to Network Error Entry RAP.
