033-380/390 1394 Failure RAP
033-380: A 1394 PWB initilization error was detected.
033-380: A 1394 PWB hardware failure was detected.
Procedure
Switch the power off, then on. If the fault remains, replace the ICM Main PWB (PL 16.2).
033-921/922/930/934/935/936/937 IOT/IIT Communication
RAP
033-921: The Control Logic detects a disconnection.
033-922: The Control Logic detects no printer.
033-930: The Control Logic detects a 1394 PWB communication time-out.
033-934: The Control Logic detects a 1394 PWB reconnection failure.
033-935: The Control Logic detects an Async transaction time-out.
033-936: The Control Logic detects an Async transaction retry error.
033-937: The Control Logic detects a 1394 PWB link chip error.
Initial Actions
Check the cables and connections between the IIT and the IOT. Ensure that the cables are
secure.
Exit, then re-enter Copy Mode. If this does not resolve the problem, switch the power off then
on. Verify that the problem still exists.
Procedure
Remove the Right Cover (REP 14.9). Verify that the 1394 PWB is correctly installed. If the
PWB is installed correctly and the problem still exists, replace the 1394 PWB (PL 12.1). If the
problem continues, replace the ICM Main PWB (PL 16.2).
