Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the ADF Front Cover.
3. Remove the ADF Rear Cover.
4. Remove the Lower Chute. (Figure 1)

Open the Feeder
Cover

Loosen the screw

Remove the Lower Chute by
moving the chute in the direction
indicated

Remove the
KL-Clip

Remove the
Gear
3
Remove the
KL-Clip
4
Remove the Feed Roll
(together with bearings) by
moving it in the direction
indicated
