Repairs and Adjustments
Initial Issue
REP 11.14 Bin Tray(s)

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Front Cover.
3. Disconnect the Front Bin Cam Spring.
4. Disengage the bottom of the Front Bin Cam from its retaining clip.
5. Remove the Bin Tray (Figure 1).

Replacement
1. Perform the procedure for removal in reverse.
2. Perform a Sorter Bin Cam Position Adjustment (ADJ 11.1) on the Front Bin Cam.

1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Docking Interlock (Figure 1).

1. Perform the procedure for removal in reverse.
